Shawna Friend became a licensed Realtor in 2019 with Cardinal Realty LLC.  Shawna brings with her a wealth of experience in event planning and personal concierge service.  Shawna’s previous experiences aid her in providing premiere service to all her clients and customers.

Shawna is married with three wonderful children and three fur babies.  Shawna resides in the Fox Cities.  Shawna and her family relocated to Wisconsin from California in 2009.  They have found a loving community to grow their roots in and are so glad to call the Fox Cities home.  With her relocation Shawna has gained a deeper knowledge and understanding not only of all the positive but the hardships that are presented during these transitions.  She is here to make your relocation and transition as smooth and pleasant as possible, whether you are moving from half way across the country or just within our community, Shawna has the skills to provide you outstanding customer service and guide you from start to finish.
