Jenni Welch (she/her/hers) is a licensed Realtor with Carding Realty LLC; Jenni has been assisting her clients and customers with their real estate needs since 2018.  Jenni is a graduate and study of Photography, Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Management; her vast knowledge and skill in turn produces amazing marketing pieces and strategies in selling homes.  This along with Jenni’s attention to detail and her commitment to all her clients, Jenni will help you within all aspects of both the buying and selling process.

Jenni is the President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Chapter in Wisconsin, which is a real estate alliance that’s mission is to Advocate, Elevate and Celebrate.  Advocate for fair housing for all and promote LGBTQ+ homeownership. Elevate professionalism in the industry through education and networking. Celebrate diversity and inclusion in our members and allied partners.

Jenni is a member on the WRA Culture and Diversity in housing committee, which is a committed, active bunch that is constantly looking for ways to promote cultural diversity among the membership and leadership and to better enable REALTORS® to successfully work with culturally diverse clients and customers.  

 

Jenni takes pride in ensuring inclusive and safe touch during the housing transaction.

 

Jenni also belongs to a National Program called Homes for Heroes; through this program Jenni is able to give back to local community heroes.  When a hero purchases a home with Jenni, they will receive a Cash Reward Check.  When a hero sells a home with Jenni they receive an amazing discount in the cost of selling; at an unheard of rate 3.5%.
